Compliance Consulting
Along with excellent property management services, HomeSpring Residential Services specializes in all areas of affordable housing, and we’re not afraid to share our knowledge! At HomeSpring, we are privileged to employ a group of the finest individuals in the affordable housing industry in our Compliance Department. All compliance monitors have received ongoing training at both a state and national level. The Director of Compliance and Senior Compliance monitors have all received the following designations: NCP, National Compliance Professionals, through the Housing Credit College and CPO, Certified Professional of Occupancy, through NAHMA.
The Compliance Department has monitoring experience for the following programs: Low-Income Housing (Tax Credits, Exchange Funds, and TCAP), Bonds, HOME Funds, CDBG Funds, and Project-Based Section 8 (HAP). The team has extensive experience working with TDHCA, HUD, and Public Housing Authorities.

Inspection Consulting
The most common inspections, aside from regular lender and syndicator visits are: NSPIRE (HUD & TDHCA) federal and state inspections and HOME (Code Compliance). HomeSpring Residential Services utilizes a specialized Inspection Team trained in all areas of these inspections to perform due diligence services.
